Physical person – passport or another document, which identifies the person.
Legal person – company’s registration card or its copy.

Payment for the rent

• The order is approved at the moment when the buss owner gets prepayment (50 % from the total sum), the rest of the sum needs to be paid before the celebration. We accept all kinds of payment.
• The payment for the rent is calculated by the rented hours.

The bus delivery

In Riga the delivery is free of charge.

The regulations in the bus

The regulations apply to all passengers. The regulations in the bus is integral part of the contract. The responsible person needs to get acquainted with the regulations.

When you are in the bus, you are not allowed to do the following things:

• To touch audio, video, light, conditioning, airway or other systems and its details.
• To sit on the tables.
• To splash with the alcohol or thrash with the food intentionally.
• To use sharp objects in the bus; the objects which can damage the interior, and to endanger the passengers.
• To light candles, or to use pyrotechnics without the permission of the service staff.
• To throw the garbage or other things through the hatch. 
• To swing or to move the bus somehow.
• To open or close window’s shutter.
• To stay in the driver’s cab and to disturb him.

During the driving:

• Guests have to be in a sitting position. If you are standing, you are responsible for your own safety.
• Glasses with the drinks have to be put in special places or hold in hand.

Client’s material responsibility

All kinds of material harms, except ones which happen because of bus driver or service staff, the responsible person pays off (the one who rents the bus).
